This is the OFFICIAL CALL for the SPRING GRANDE CHEMINOT on May 7, 8, and 9, 2010. Please make your own reservations to Chestnut Mountain Resort, 1-815-777-1320, rooms are $79 single and $84 double, reservations to be made by April 15, 2010. No matter which way you may come from either Hwy 84 or Hwy 24, when you get to or near Galena look for the sign that says "Ski Area" and turn that direction. It will be eight (8) miles away. There is a cruise for $25 for those coming in on Thursday with a back yard bar-b-que put on by the Lodge for about $12.00 per person.

   4 p.m.-5 p.m. - Registration ($3) at Chestnut Mountain Resort (place to be posted in lobby)

   7 p.m. - Menu $20 per person

Dames, please have a representative from your Cabane present to pick up the Grande packet. Do not forget to add up all those hours and miles, we sure do need to account for all of our hard work. Please don’t forget to bring gifts, your tickets, and money, money, money. Helen Payne will also be taking money for preresgistration and the Nationale Presidente’s Luncheon since the Grande is so late so bring extra money or any extra check for $55.00.
