NOVEMBER - Early Bird party finalized. (If applicable)

                         Pin Design finalized & Voiture Nationale approval obtained.

 MARCH - Post Prom party finalized.  (If applicable)

                   Program cover complete & Voiture Nationale approval obtained.

 APRIL - Any special events and/or tours finalized.

                 Pictures of all Corporation Officers w/coat, tie & chapeau.

 MAY -Tickets for banquet available.

 JUNE - Letter to all Nationale Officers, Past Chefs, etc., who have not registered,                 

             Advising they have until August 1, to register or they cannot be guaranteed

             A room in the headquarters hotel. 

               Begin sending confirmations.

               Security for rolling stock finalized.

               Personnel for First Aid Room obtained.

 JULY - Deadline for approval of Banquet Menu.

              Transportation needs should be completed.

              Such as Airport pickups, early bird transportation if necessary.

               All volunteers for Registration Desk should be on board.                   

AUGUST - Signs for the delegation seating completed.
